In August 27th, 2018, Synopsis — Intelligence, Diplomacy, Strategy’s CEO and Professor at PUC Minas, Eugenio Diniz, took part in the workshop Mitigating Security and Proliferation Risks from Naval Nuclear Fuel,organized by Prof. Sharon Squassoni at the Elliot School of International Affairs, George Washington University, in Washington DC.The subjects were issues related to safeguarding the nuclear material to be put in nuclear-propelled submarines and how to confront the issue of uranium enrichment degree to be used as nuclear fuel.
